Coach Trips

The Committee aims to offer one or two coach trips each year to a notable garden or other place of interest within the south east. Seats are priced to cover costs plus a small margin.

The Society is an Affiliate of the Royal Horticultural Society and is entitled to take a party each year to one of the RHS gardens free of entry charges. Destinations in recent years include RHS Wisley in Surrey, RHS Hyde Hall in Essex. West Dean in West Sussex and Kew.

Trips are usually arranged for Sundays, picking up at 9 am and returning at about 6 pm on the same day. Payment is due no later than the evening meeting preceding the date of the trip.
